January 14, 2011: On a clear day, you can see Catalina

A friend suggested to me yesterday that I take a 90 minute lunch. My response: my life IS a 90 minute lunch! 
It's the middle of January and it is 85 degrees (sorry to those trapped in snow). So after my three hour work day, I find myself sitting on the sand, watching the waves.  I've always said that the ocean is my favorite sound...but today I stopped to listen.
