An omelette made with french fries! Could life be any more delicious? Here it is called chips mayai and I do believe it is worth every penny of the airfare and every minute of a 27 hour flight. My friend Teddy knows how much I love it and she made it for me when I visited her home. Healthy, you ask? Ummmm... not so much. And why I think this cannot be made on American soil, I don't know. It is a treat and a half!
