Alright, so having a headache every single day is really not serving me. Can I function? Yes. Do I want to chop my head off at times? Also, yes. Well, wait a second... perhaps it is serving me. Maybe its trying to tell me something. Hmmmm, Let me ask.

Jamie: Headache, what is your purpose? Why are you so persistent and what do you want me to know?

Headache: I am very tired of doing all the work around here. You start with your heart and follow through with me. Its too much.

Jamie: Huh! Looks like we need some alone time to really sort this out. I'm glad I asked. I'll make the tea and we can get started.
