I am not afraid to say it... hormones can be an absolute, uncomfortable nightmare. Why I continue to be surprised by their presence every single month, is a mystery to me. I have been told by multiple women that they get worse as you get older and unfortunately, I can attest to this. But I declare here and now: I will not stand for this... I will not suffer! Today is the day this all changes.
