A man has been killed because of the outrageously horrific things he has done in this world. This does not bother me nor do I think it was uncalled for. The government did what they thought they had to do. What confuses me is the level of celebration by the general public. What are we actually celebrating? That he is dead, that we (the USA) killed him, that there is finally justice in this world, that peace will now ensue? I'm confused by this and I am concerned at what brings us together as a nation or even a world.
I'd like to take a moment to send peace to all those affected by violence in any way around the world, and I encourage you to do this every day... Imagine if we all did!
