I find that in this area (that is LA/OC), people don't often like to drive outside of their comfort zone (that being the small mile radius in which they live). This behavior is not generally my style. Seeing a great friend, attending my favorite yoga class, dining at a new restaurant or just seeing something different are all reasons to travel outside the LBC. I choose to keep my radius large... its worth every dollar of gas.
